We met art director Lucy Alston (@thestylesponge_) whilst at London Fashion Week yesterday. She was looking effortlessly gorgeous in an oversized wool coat, turned up boyfriend jeans, luxe handbag and boots.

How long did it take you to get ready this morning?
About 5 minutes. I have a small child so I plan the night before.
Where do you get your style inspiration from?
Lots of different ranges of street style and high fashion photography, magazines and my intuition.
Any particular Instagrammers or bloggers?
I like @pernilleteisbaek.
How would you describe your style?
Pared back, comfortable but still on trend.
What piece in your wardrobe do you wear the most?
My vintage Levi jeans with a frayed hem.
What would be your top style tip?
Wear what you feel comfortable in otherwise it won’t look right.
