SLEEP… Many of us don’t feel like we get enough of it.
Studies show that a third of society get 6 hours or less a night and scientists think we need around 8 to function properly. There is also evidence that women are more affected by lack of sleep than men- we knew it!
We listened to the new Life Butter's podcast over the weekend where they discussed how diet, bedroom clutter, temperature, light, devices, caffeine and alcohol can all affect your sleep. We loved learning about key phases of productivity in day- apparently 10-1pm and late afternoon is when we can achieve the most.
