Delivery and Returns

Delivery Charges:

UK Delivery is free when you spend over £50. If your order is below £50, there is a charge of £3.99. We post your item within 2 working days and use second class as standard which takes 2-3 days. If you need it sooner then please contact us.

We deliver to everywhere in the world apart from the US, Mexico and Canada. There is a set charge of £14.99 for EU deliveries and £19.99 for countries outside of the EU. 

Returns: 

We accept returns of unworn items that are in their original condition if we receive them within 28 days of purchase and you have provided proof of purchase for an exchange or refund (by way of original payment). 
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange any unwanted items we receive after this time period and these will be sent back to you without reimbursement of postage. 
Gift cards or the "Night In" service once booked, cannot be refunded.

To return products, please send to: Returns Department, BORN AT DAWN, 18 Edinburgh Road, London, E17 7QB with a brief note explaining the reason for the return.
Provided you are in the UK and you are returning your item(s) by Royal Mail signed for 2nd class service or Collect + economy service, once we receive the item, your return postage will be refunded by way of a BORN AT DAWN shopping credit which will be valid for 12 months.

Refunds: 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds: 

If you have received confirmation from us of a refund but haven’t received it yet, please ensure you have left 3 days for it to reach your account. 
If it is still not showing, please contact your credit card company and/or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact lucy@bornatdawn.com and we will investigate.

Faulty items: 

If you believe your item is defective or damaged, please send us an email to lucy@bornatdawn.com and send your item to: Returns Department, BORN AT DAWN, 18 Edinburgh Road, London, E17 7QB. Please note if we cannot identify whether something is faulty, we send through to our suppliers for them to investigate which may lead to a short delay.

Gifts: 

If the item was sent directly to you on our systems, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
If the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you, we must issue the refund to the gift giver by way of original payment method.
